What is the logic behind this GBPUSD long?
Written by the trader before the outcome was known, and never edited since.
LONG GBPUSD @ 1.32573, tight stop @ 1.32460, targeting 1.33500 on OB liq sweep confirmation & 1H bullish divergence.
Thesis at publication
The longer case, also locked at publication.
i'm long gbpusd from 1.32573, tight sl at 1.32194 protecting today's open range low. target 1 at 1.33142, last week's high and 15m bb midline. entry and sl key as they straddle yesterday's pip range, respecting today's liquidity sweet spot. confluence comes from 15m/1h structure shift, rsi 49.4 aligning with a clean session open. i expect a bounce here, targeting the prior resistance level before reassessing the structure.
